Have you heard of school systems that have made this work? Have you heard of any programs that train parents or other volunteers to be that encouragement during lunch? It'...Yes, this most certainly a Styrofoam tray. It's a crime against the environment. And our school has dishwashing facilities! A "Healthy D.C. Schools" act passed last year by the D.C.
